I am a high achieving self-directed recent graduate, who achieved an award for the highest performing student during my first year at university. I have a passion for writing politically charged pieces of political theory, philosophy, and sociology, and have a wide-ranging interest in all things social science! I excel at taking unconventional approaches to learning, as I had to find my own path to university due to having to drop out of school due to medical reasons before I could sit my A-levels. Diagnosed with ADHD, I know how challenging conventional education can be, and have developed numerous methods of tailoring learning to suit my own particular needs. Despite these barriers, I graduated from university with one of the highest scoring First-Class honours of my cohort, and have developed a lifelong passion for academia and the social sciences! I will instill students with a passion for learning by adapting the process of education to their own unique strengths and weaknesses, just as I have done in my own approach to my self-directed academic journey.
