I am a passionate English teacher! I have a PhD in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages by the University of Portsmouth (UK) - granted in 2020. I have taught English for the past 20 years to international students (South American learners speakers of Spanish and Brazilian speakers of Portuguese, European learners from varied backgrounds and Asian learners especially from Taiwan and Thailand). I can speak and understand Portuguese and Spanish which is really helpful when teaching low-level learners! I have published in refereed journals and I have authored and published English teaching materials which shows my commitment to cutting edge research and teaching-related findings.
