I should like to apply for the position you have within your organisation.

My career history has been predominantly within the pub, restaurant and night club industry where I have gained an extensive knowledge of marketing, customer service, business accounting and staff training.

I consider myself to be self-motivated and fastidious when it comes to standards. Priding myself in developing staff through a balanced scorecard and KPI’s, I deliver an environment that is geared towards success. I believe a business’s performance can be measured by the succession of its team as well as a healthy P&L.

I feel that customer service, through establishing what the service gap is, along with creating a selling environment within the team, is key to a winning mentality and profitable business.
