I posses the following skills and qualities, * A good honours degree in a Maths related subject, a PGCE or equivalent and QTS * Experience of delivering outstanding lessons * Significant understanding of Teaching & Learning pedagogy * Experience of developing and implementing Schemes of Work * Proven ability to build close professional relationships with other colleagues * Good skills in ICT, and in verbal and written communication * Proven ability to develop vision, to plan and to innovate * Commitment to continuing professional development * Commitment to Safeguarding learners.
