I am passionate about developing people to reach their full potential in life.

I am highly interactive, innovative and challenging. I have many years experience of developing and nurturing leaders. I also love diagnosing issues within companies and re-designing organisational structures and relationships to dissolve these issues.
My Lean workshops are inspirational but also highly practical empowering candidates to make improvements and change behaviours very quickly so that they can readily see early successes.
I have a fun and interesting delivery that engages and teases out responses from participants so that no one feels excluded.
I am happy teaching academic subjects or getting right down to the nitty gritty problem solving in the real world by employing tools and techniques that really work.
I do believe that there is an excellent Leader lurking within each of us and I see my role as helping that Leader discover that and clearing the path in front of them so that they can continually progress, grow and develop taking many of their people with them.
Even seasoned Leaders can be improved to deliver greater and greater successes within their respective fields and at the same time enjoy a happy home life. Achieving that balance is the key to long term fulfilment.
