My strength is how well young children engage with me in all activities. I have years of experience due to my previous employment positions of coordinating activities and lessons in order to teach individuals the subjects they want to learn.
My weakness once was allowing young adults to continue speakong when it wasnt so necessary. Over time this has changed as now i have the skills to take control of my class and time.
