Throughout my previous experiences in different roles that I have done in customer services. I have used communications skills and developed a genuine passion for helping other people. I feel like I would be a really good work coach due to the skills and experiences I have in the customer-based job I have fulfilled. In my previous roles I took pride in actively listening to customers understand their needs and providing effective solutions. In my role as ……… working for company called. My role was very diverse and challenging. It was always important to understand the needs of customers and finding resolutions. Whether its resolving complaints or answering inquiries I strike to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. I am adept at remaining calm under pressure and mainlining a friendly but professional demeanor. I believe in going above and beyond customer expectations.
In a previous retail role I encountered a challenging situation where a customer was dissatisfied with a product Through active listening and empathetic communications, I was able to understand their concerns and offer a suitable solution. By providing a clear and concise explanations, I influenced the customers perception and turned their negative experience to a positive one. This resulted customer satisfaction. Through effective communication I was able to influence customers perceptions and create a positive impact on out business.
I am aware that work coach role will also be very challenging as all customers are different and situations may arise where customer may be dissatisfied or angry with the circumstances, but I believe I do possess their skills to handle such situations. In this role I would be influencing and motivating job seekers by actively listening to their needs and providing service to help them best into work. I would be empowering individuals to achieve their job goals and I feel would be great at this role.
