I am an ambitious individual who strives to incorporate my creativity and knowledge into my work and projects.

The requirement of the role needing meticulous coordination and to oversee the needs of students being met to high standards of quality is something I prioritised when studying for my own classes. Ensuring that accessibility is considered has been quite prevalent in my volunteering Twitch moderation role. As the individual - Tobias Smith - had joined a community that paired creators who communicate in different languages - including Spanish, French, Korean, German - I am aware of how important diversity and cultural inclusion in my lessons are. Being able to adapt rules and information to help others without a knowledge of English has improved my skills in communication and thinking of how to discuss my point clearly in various ways using different tools and past experiences.. I am eager to show my commitment to adapt with others from different backgrounds, through this role.
