My Virtual Training - Depending on the subject matter and the audience. Generally, I follow 7 steps that help me to take successful classes: 1. Choose an online platform: - Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. I Choose one that suits my Company's needs, and which is easy for my students to use. 2. Prepare my materials (Pre-equities): I Prepare my lesson materials in advance, including my presentations, videos, documents and templates via Whiteboard. Making sure that they are easily accessible and organized. 3. Set up my virtual classroom: Set up a virtual classroom by creating a meeting, webinar or Demo Class on your chosen platform as per the Company's requirements. I always make sure to test my audio and video before the class starts & check their attendance & virtual Login credentials. 4. I Engage with my students: During the class, engage with your students by asking questions, encouraging participation, and providing feedback. I also use interactive tools such as polls, quizzes, and breakout rooms to keep the class interesting. 5. Provide support: I'm a passionate Teacher/Trainer and I Provide support to my students by answering their questions and providing additional resources like e-books & additional materials. I Make sure to follow up with them after the class to ensure that they understand the material. 6. If required adding Q&A Session & preparing for assessments. 7. Taking Feedback is essential for my professional growth, I like to take feedback on Trustpilot or as stated by the Company. I rework on Feedback in my next Session!
