Wellbeing coaching for young people

I came across your advert for sessional workers. I wanted to reach out to connect further as I feel I could support as a freelance collaboration.

With our own work at Generation Evolve we are on a mission to make self care and self awareness a lifestyle in young people. We deliver wellbeing workshops, mentoring & social action projects with youth communities through youth organisations and schools. This is achieved through a ‘pick and mix’ of informal education methods including creativity, fun, movement, games, music, meditation, mindfulness and so much more. We support young people aged-from a variety of backgrounds. Everything is accessible and tailor to their needs and interests.

I hold a Social work Bsc, Level 3 in Youth Work & Level 3 diploma meditation mindfulness & relaxation instructor. I hold a clear DBS on the update system and I have insurance.
