I am a self motivated passionate professional, I believe that with the correct mindset, everyone can achieve their goals.

I generally forge strong professional relationships with my students creating an environment where they feel comfortable allowing them to relax and enjoy learning which in turn aids their progress as they feel that they are in a safe environment, they can further their skills and improve their confidence without worrying about making mistakes. I am passionate about teaching and deliver well-prepared, high-quality lessons, I receive and read my student feedback with pride. I am an enthusiastic teacher with a thirst for knowledge and continual professional development. I am imaginative, creative, and hard working in an effective manner to the benefit of the students and the organisation I work for. I am receptive to new ideas and always take into consideration the learner’s needs as well as the organisations. I have extensive experience of curriculum development and writing, preparing dynamic and engaging lessons that always keep my students engaged and interactive with the subject being taught. I have over sixteen years’ experience as an ESOL Lecturer, Teacher Trainer, Curriculum Developer and Writer, and Manager during which I have gathered a wide range of teaching materials and skills adaptable for use in a variety of teaching situations. I continue to actively source additional teaching materials and further my teaching skills through my studies and additional reading. I have a vast array of resources that are suitable for further development and different teaching situations.
