English tutor providing GCSE / A Level revision Lessons

I have achieved an A in A level English combined, and am currently studying English language at the University of Manchester. I have one years' experience tutoring at Bolton Sixth form, and teaching others to deeply analyse and gain an understanding of literature texts, such as poetry and novels, as well as produce creative writing themselves, is a specialty of mine.

I teach closely according to the specified mark scheme to gain the best results, while keeping my students engaged - throughout my lessons, I continuously check up on my students' and ask how well they understand their texts, as keeping students engaged in their work is vital to achieving the lesson objectives, which is to understand their content better, and develop their own analysis. I encourage my students to practise examination style questions after teaching them the content, then I mark their answer in accordance with their mark scheme while discussing their feedback to them.

Preferably tutoring the AQA specification texts for English literature and language, both A level and GCSE.
