i teach the english spoken language, am patient and because I work in IT explaining complex matters and situations is 2nd nature

Even though I do not have a degree in The English language, I have been living in this country in excess of 50 years. I have been born and bred in this country. I work in IT and have to explain to staff complex matters and situations in a laymans language. I am patient and do not mind the same question being asked over and over again as I believe in getting things right the first time.
