Classics student at St Andrews university teaching Latin online and face-to-face for GCSE and A Level students. Experience tutorin

I am currently taking a year out, before my third year studying Classics at the University of St Andrews. I have an A* in Latin A Level and a 9 at GCSE, and understand the challenges that these courses can bring, having recently experienced them myself.

Based near Cambridge, I can offer both online and face-to-face sessions, covering everything from beginners to GCSE and A Level.

Each session, which can cover any combination of grammar, translating and commenting on texts and vocab learning, is tailored to suit the individual needs, strengths, and goals of the student. I offer one hour sessions, allowing time to discover/discuss specific problem areas, and then work through examples and practice questions together.

At 21, I bring a fresh perspective and relatability to learning and am able to engage easily with all secondary ages. I have experience in tutoring Latin, and have also coached hockey in secondary schools for over 5 years. I am fully DBS checked.
