I have previously worked in primary schools, I have done an internship working with children with SEND, and have experience tutoring secondary school children in preparation for their GCSE’s. I will initially get to know the individual, their strengths and weakness, see what needs improving l. Then I will tailor the lesson plans for the individual, eg more verbal or visual etc. I always believe in the saying less is more, i will always try to simplify things to make it easier to the grasp for the individual
