I am very passionate about education and am very calm, sympathetic and patient with people who might struggle to grasp complex concepts right away

Experience: I achieved 9s in Maths, English Literature and Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, German and an A in Additional Maths. I am also currently working with children with special education needs as well as being a mentor for a Year 11 student Skills: Very hard-working and able to communicate effectively; I understand the exam content well so I am able to answer any questions students may possess. I am also acquainted with scientific research on effective learning strategies and from this literature, my teaching method is based on encouraging thought through asking the student questions frequently, be it to check understanding, to review content or to get them more used to the exam style
