I have been an assistant/ substitute teacher for around 7 months. Apart from that I too have an experience as a tutor in group as well as one to one. My techniques are simple and effective. I prefer interaction with the student so that I can clearly understand how much the student is understanding and I use examples to demonstrate concepts.
