Student 3 years tutoring experience - GCSE Maths, Secondary maths and 11+ tutor

Hi there! My name is Eden, and i'm an Architecture student. Having tutored both GCSE mathematics and 11+ students for the last 3 years, I bring a strong academic foundation and a deep appreciation for mathematics to my sessions.

I have worked with students from year 4 to year 11. I initially started and continue to teach primary school children in maths and english, including those of 11+ and entrance exam levels. Through my A-levels, I began tutoring secondary school students up to GCSE level in Mathematics and have had a consistent combination of students from both sets of abilities for the last 3 years. I received A's in both my GCSE's and A-level's and passed the 11+ exams with flying colours, and thus have used this experience in my teaching over the last 3 years.

I adapt to the learning style of my students and tailoring each session from scratch to their needs, getting to know them first and formulating a study plan that will be the most effective. Since I started tutoring, I have been able to help numerous students find a deeper understanding within maths and work towards achieving their target grades in final exams. I tutor because i love it, not because i have to, and believe this translates over in my teaching.
