Science and Maths Tutor (teaching up to GCSE level)

I have been tutoring for 2 years now and believe that this has given me a strong foundation in tutoring. I am able to create engaging lessons for my students and always ensure that I tailor my lessons and teaching style to best-fit the student. Adaptability is very important to me as everyone learns differently, and this it is important that I accommodate this.

I am passionate about science and maths and am currently studying Biochemisty at the University of Birmingham. I am confident teaching science and maths as I am still using my knowledge. I think that education is very important, and believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be taught in a way that sparks their interest and encourages curiosity.

I am a kind, empathetic and understanding person who brings patience and encouragement to my lessons. I think it is important to create an environment in which the student feels free to ask for help and express any concerns that they may have. Additionally, I have excellent communication skills allowing me to break down complicated subjects into easily understandable components.
