Reasonable and sustainable cooking for everyone without compromising food hygiene and flavour

This is mohit from India but residing in Birmingham city centre. I have bachelor degree in hotel management and pursuing master in culinary arts at university college Birmingham. I have great enthusiasm for cooking especially budget cooking. It is right that cooking is something which does burn your pocket. Everyone can cook but the question is are they able to make food under budget? Without compromising nutrition and flavour. I'm good in this.
