My teaching approach is rooted in a clear communication, interactive engagement and personalised guidance. I begin by getting to know each student and assessing their strengths, weaknesses and learning style. I strive to create a supportive environment for each of them to make sure the learning environment is questions-encouraged and mistakes are viewed as opportunities for growth. I will be doing continuous assessments to keep track of anyone falling behind. There would be no worry for stressing students with these tests , as I would be doing with small groups of students and letting them explain what they understand about what the content is. I would be really happy to answer challenging questions and solve with my students as well.
