Music graduate offering lessons in Trumpet and Jazz

I am a recent graduate of the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire available for tuition in trumpet performance and technique, as well as jazz performance. I have previous experience in teaching on a 1:1 and whole class basis to varying levels of ability and age, I undertook several pedagogy modules during my time at the Conservatoire and have received more training over the last year from a music education programme. I am also fully DBS-checked.

Each student I teach receives specifically created lesson plans that are personal to their own development and ability and allows them to improve in the best way. I have played the trumpet for over 13 years and have a vast amount of knowledge about all levels of technique, from beginner to advanced. Students are able to bring their own ideas that they are interested into lessons as I believe it is important to allow them to explore their own interests and not to force a rigid approach onto any lessons, maintaining interest throughout their studies with me. Lessons are fun and enjoyable and can be done both in person and online to a schedule that fits you.
