my lessons are aimed at KS3 students. If i was to describe myself, the word that would best suit me would be "persuasive".

Giving a brief overview of what the students should have learnt at the end of the lesson. explain the lesson being taught in a manner which they are able to understand. Filtering out those specific students who seem troubled and giving them a quick one on one to understand what's being taught. And nearing the end of the session, I'll be asking random questions kind of like a pop quiz.
