Law and Argumentation interpretation and common law

I have taught Business Law courses for the last 16 years, both online and on ground, as well as one-to-one. Previous to teaching full-time, I was a practicing lawyer in civil litigation, including family, law, torts, and general business law, including medical device regulator law. I understand and can effectively explain and guide students in the structure of effective argumentation.
