I am enthusiastic about teaching and helping young people achieve their potential. I will plan personalised lessons that are tailored to the knowledge of my pupils and make them engaging to improve the learning. I will use a range of techniques to ensure the pupil is understanding and feeling confident with what we are learning, such as past paper questions, diagrams, mind maps, retrieval and more.
