I have a taught Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Finance, and CMI level 7 Diploma. In addition, I have successfully passed my doctoral qualification in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of The West of Scotlan

● I have been assisted to teach ‘Business Management and Leadership’ to MBA Executives students at the Newcastle College - UK, and online at Superproof, where many students were working and started studying with more than 10 years gap. I engaged them well with case studies of their respective workplace and create real business scenarios to solve business problems with their creative solution. ● I have been using the electric approach in teaching with modern/innovative teaching techniques according to the need of students and the level of the module/programme. Various techniques I used include Psycho drama, Collaborated Learning, Gamification, Crossover learning, and Flipped classroom. Moreover, my teaching is technology supported and research-informed. ● I have been using various contemporary student engagement techniques like the use of index cards, flip charts, Think-pair-share, Discussion, Presentations, Problem-solving, Roleplaying, problem-based learning, and use of technology to engage (Videos, Wooclap, Padlet etc). ● I work to enhance student employability and creativity as I adopt problem-based as well as task-based learning. ● I have been teaching both online (Using Zoom and Teams) and face-to-face for many years and expert in student engagement in face-to-face and online sessions. I have been practicing an active blended learning approach. Along with lectures and tutorials I design and provide students with topics related-video tutorials, problem-solving tutorials, readings, and podcasts. Moreover, I encourage students to collaborative problem solving, quizzes, discussion forums, and written assignment/blog posting. ● I have been teaching Foundation and UG students at Oxford Business College and Scholars School System, University of the Punjab, Pakistan Lahore College of Commerce, PK, Tanveer Academy, Pakistan and online at Superproof. I know the dynamics of students and expert in engaging them in the learning process. I understand English is not 1st language of the majority of international students and the education system in their own country is totally different than that of the UK. So, I provide individualized support and use easy English, and involve them in learning by doing Task-based learning. I encourage them to work in a group and learn from peers and get confidence. In addition, I use case studies of students' respective nationalities to boost their interest like how Coca-Cola is involved in social activities in Nigeria, or how Pakis
