I am a good assessor and able to formulate learning goals for individuals to achieve to their full potential.

I am a qualified nurse and train individuals to be competent to complete medical care independently. I teach the subject, then evaluate what they have learnt. I then structure the rest of the taught lessons to suit the individual to obtain the best outcome. I identify their learning style and teach the lessons to suit their style I also add other styles that will work for them.
