I enjoy starting by understanding what our goals and motivations are. If it’s mom/dad that’s encouraged us to work together, the bright side is we can achieve something together. At the end of the day grades matter - so let’s create a shared goal to do the very best we can. Next - we make a plan by assessing learning style, current level, and areas to improve in. From there we do the work, ask any questions, and monitor progress with continuous review and checking.
