Experienced Maths teacher specialises in teaching Maths and Further Maths, Mechanics & Statistics at A-Level

I am a Mathematics teacher with a BSc in Maths and Applied Maths. I also have an Advanced Certificate in Education and a B.Eng (Hons) in Chemical and Environmental Engineering.

I have been teaching since 1990 after a two-year full-time teacher training course. I have been teaching Maths and Further Maths in a private college in the UK since 2008 for nearly seven years before teaching KS3. KS4 and KS5 in secondary schools since April 2015.

I have a very good subject knowledge in A-Level Maths and I am very comfortable teaching Pure Maths, Statistics, Mechanics, Decision Maths and Further Pure Maths to ‘A’ level students. I derive great self-satisfaction in helping students by making the Maths accessible and understandable to them.

I have been praised for my teaching by my students for the last 17 years. I am consistently being told by my students that the maths become so simple when I explained it, guess you will have to experience that for yourself.
