I start by understanding each student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals. Based on the assessment, I develop a customized learning plan that addresses the student's specific needs and areas for improvement, actively encouraging students to ask questions and participate in discussions to enhance their understanding. I also think that questions, specifically time set aside to answer these questions is very important for students to reach their goals.
