Computer Science and Programming Tutor providing lessons to students of all ages

I’m a recent graduate achieving a First Class degree in Computer Science from the University of Manchester

I have five years of tutoring experience, beginning whilst studying my A levels (Maths, Computer Science and Chemistry) and gradually improving my skills over time through both my experience tutoring and in education.

As a recent graduate I have had to face a variety of concepts tough to grasp and have learnt the hard way that every problem needs its own unique approach. This alongside having a hard time learning from the very specific style of lessons in school have helped me build an empathetic tutoring style focusing on the students' needs to cater the experience to them as best as possible. I use a variety of learning techniques including quizzes, presentations, recap sessions, topic discussions and exam-style questions trying to find the best approach to develop a deep understanding of the area.
