I fully understand that every individual learns and grasps concepts in very different ways, which is why i would choose to provide various teaching methods. My strength of teaching others most often includes providing Powerpoints and documents that individuals can refer to during discussion based lessons. Personally i find that it is easier to understand topics when not only seeing it visually but through discussions, which not only allows for individuals to listen and break down concepts but provides opportunity to raise their own questions. It is also beneficial that individuals feed the information back to highlight their depth of knowledge, therefore ensuring that lessons are effectively being used.
