I'm a native English speaker, with a real curiosity about other cultures and languages. Let's learn from each other!

I have a Bachelor's degree in English Language, with minors in Linguistics and English Literature My speciality is English grammar, though I do have a soft spot for the eccentricities of the wider English Language, which tend to be the things to trip up non-native speakers.
I'm currently learning Spanish, so I completely understand the difficulties and the nerves associated with trying to communicate in a different language, however I have absolutely no doubt that English has to be one of the hardest to learn!
I'm chatty, personable, and love to have fun while learning. I'll do my best to make our lessons engaging and interesting, but will tailor each lesson to each student's individual learning needs.
I have a very high attention to detail, and an advance knowledge of the English language; I genuinely do believe I could learn things from my students too, and that this is an exchange of information rather than a one-sided relationship, but I'll make sure I don't take it too easy on anyone and get the best out of them.
I like to travel a lot, and I know that I mess up quite a bit when trying to speak other languages, so there'll be no judgement from me, I will just ask that students commit to what they're learning.
I'll tailor each session around each student, so if anyone has anything in particular they'd like to learn, in terms of phrases/tenses/useful tips, I can be fully flexible and happy to adapt.
