I'm a multilingual person (Manderine/English/Japanese) with part time work experience in teaching English and Japanese.

Advert description
I can speak Manderine, English and Japanese fluently. I want talk about how I managed Japanese and English to indicate how I will teach if I'm a language teacher. For my Japanese study journey: My undergraduate major is Japanese( Advanced Translation), during 4-year study I got much teching and learning experience about language study. After garaduation I joint a company where I leverage my Japanese skills to engage in investment business nigotiation and to be a translator in business trips. All of these enable me to master Japanese by studying from textbook to real life. For my English journey: Based on the fundamental study at school, I leart by myself to explore specific areas like business English. Then I pursued a further study chance to learn in the UK for a master's where I can immerse myself in a totally English-speaking environment. I have part-time work experience in teaching a Chinese boy English and helped to increase his English grades by 40%, teaching a Chinese boy Japanese and helped him to get an offer from a Japan's university, teaching a Japanese gentle man Chinese and hlped him to Pass HSK5. Combined with my study and teaching experience, I have summarized the following tips for teaching a foreign language: 1. Build Confidence: Understand the structure of the student's native language and find similarities with Japanese. This approach helps students build confidence and fosters interest and resonance with the language. 2. Identify Needs and Goals: Determine whether the student is learning Japanese for certification, work, or personal interest. Confirm the learning objectives with the student to provide targeted instruction. 3. Emphasize Interactivity: Encourage interaction during lessons. Guide students to ask questions and speak Japanese confidently, promoting an engaging and dynamic learning environment. 4. Clarify Progress and Adjust: Regularly discuss with students "where we are" in the learning process. Periodically summarize learning achievements and identify areas for improvement to ensure continuous progress.
