Hi, I’m Layla! I have a Biomedical Science degree and help GCSE students simplify biology, boost confidence, and prepare for exams

I have a Biomedical Science degree and experience supporting students at various levels. I’ve helped my sister with her GCSEs, A-levels, and access course, and I am currently supporting my younger cousin through her GCSEs. I’ve also regularly assisted fellow university students during my studies by proofreading and providing feedback on essays, helping them improve clarity, structure, and argument strength. These experiences have developed my ability to explain complex topics in a clear, supportive, and engaging way. I’m patient, light hearted, approachable, and focused on making learning feel manageable and engaging, helping students build confidence and understand tricky concepts in a way that actually makes sense.
