I would initially see how the child would like to operate by starting with the content and then going through questions then personalising the lesson structure for them or in a group setting I would to try to orientate it so that those that are more confident are able to challenge themselves whilst still being to call on me when they reach a road block; so that I can focus more time on students that require it.
