Master essential sight words through interactive and fun worksheets. Suppose if i get one to one student build a relationship with the students , discussing shared interests and their extra- curricular activities. By devising lessons solely for one student have experience tailoring resources and lessons for individual needs, be they a particuar weakness for long division or a barrier to learing such as dyslexia. Teacher talk , using language carefully in order to imart knowledge. Engaged with helping mentality for struggling students or to challenge more able pupils. Through the proess all students get the benefit. Through confidence I can teach in the class.
