With a strong academic background and a passion for teaching and research, I believe that my qualifications and expertise align perfectly with this position. I hold an Assoc. Prof. degree in Management and Organization from the Higher Education Council (YÖK) in Turkey and have over 27 years of experience in academia. My research interests primarily revolve around innovation management, entrepreneurship, SMEs, industrial clusters, and local economic development. I have conducted extensive undergraduate and graduate courses such as, introduction to business, Principles of Management, Human Resourse Management, Strategic Management, Project Development and Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management.
