Growing up I always wanted to work with children and I know the feeling of wanting help at school and not knowing how to ask. There is nothing worse than not knowing the answer or being frightened to ask. I would make sure all my students were involved, looked after and felt comfortable on my lessons. I would like to make it fun and enjoyable and that if they needed my help they would only have to message. I’m not sure if this is a thing here but I would love to do 1 to 1 catch up on the children to tell them about how they are doing and give them the praise they deserve. I want to make them feel good and that they achieved something. I have always looked after children growing up. Mainly my younger brother. All through Covid he was home taught English, maths etc and I taught him his lessons to make sure he didn’t stop improving his skills. He said it was very fun and when he went back to school he’s teachers said he done amazing! Which I’m very proud of him for that! I have always looked after little children too so it’s second nature to me.
