Empowerment Through Knowledge (Teaching IT awareness - without fuss or jargon)

I have been around IT and computers for in excess of 40 years, 20 of which I had my own computer repair business, which was sold in June 2019 as a going concern. Have dealt with the general public (especially people of a certain age) on MANY occasions and can provide many customer satisfaction statements from the people I've helped over the years - I advertise in the local mag as "Gadget Guy" which has proved very popular in the local community as I provide help, tuition and support on BASICALLY anything electronic or electrical. I cater for a very wide range of topics and subjects: Repairing your laptop, PC, macbook or games console, general IT skills, Scam Awareness, Microsoft Word, Selling on Ebay, Sending/Receiving emails etc etc. I have a Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence (2012) and Level 3 in ICT Systems and Principles (2012).
