Education is the development in man of all the perfection of which his nature is capable. My teaching philosophy is to listen to the students and to motivate them. The Listening carefully we managed to motivate them and show them the path of personal and professional improvement. Pedagogical methodologies and practices I firmly believe that education has a genuine and fundamental role in the construction of citizenship. For this reason, teaching should always strengthen democratic and human values, both in the construction and promotion of knowledge and humanism, and in the critical analysis of its implications in the society. And in psychological and behavioral practice it is necessary to achieve this pillar: - What we think and analyze, we have to say it and express it with enthusiasm, creativity and empathy. - And fully feel what we say and express to others. Among the most important goals, it seems to me fundamental to favor the development of an autonomous attitude in the student, through the motivation for thinking, reflection and respect, without neglecting the unique qualities of each one so that they reach their maximum potential.
