With the right encouragement, anybody can achieve academic excellence. All you need is a little nudge!

Advert description
Teaching biology related courses are my passion. I have taught first and second year undergraduate levels for nearly 5 years and I have built a huge resource base of information and materials necessary for all my students to achieve academic excellence.

I began my career as a biology teaching assistant while studying Bioengineering as a master’s student in Cyprus international university. I taught Microbiology - the study of microorganisms and their interactions with other living organisms, Cell biology - the study of the cell as a whole, encompassing molecular and chemical interactions that transpire within a live cell, Ecology - the study of the interactions of live species with one another and with non-living components in their environment, Biomaterial – the branch of science dealing with substances that has been created to interact with biological systems for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes and Marine biology - the scientific study of oceanic creatures, their habitats and ecosystems.

As your tutor, I'll help you in every possible way, including demystifying and breaking down difficult concepts. You will learn useful ways of understanding the interconnected world of biology in an engaging and light-hearted manner.

My instructional modules are designed to provide a flexible, supportive, and dynamic learning environment for every student. I use a combination of informational E-course materials, video lectures/screencast, microlearning modules and interactive assessments to deliver high quality training. Moreover, I urge students to think big and to discover ways we can utilise our collective knowledge in this digital age to foster collaborations and partnerships to make the world a much peaceful place for generations to come.

Organizing, preparing, and presenting dynamic and entertaining seminars to my students, as well as providing academic assistance to students throughout allocated hours and classes are a few of my many skills. Additionally, I have the capacity to challenge students' ideas, stimulate discussion, and enhance their ability to engage in critical conversation and rational thinking.

My lessons are usually 2 hours long, with two 15 minutes intermittent breaks. At the end of each lesson, you will go back with a sense of understanding and a feeling of great accomplishment.

Put on your thinking hats and See you soon!
