Workouts are fun and focus on cardio vascular, core strength, back and muscle flexibility.
A typical session will be 15 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of stretching, 20 minutes of core, 10 minutes of muscle build and 5 minutes of cooling down.
Equipment required will be a mat, ball and elastic TheraBand.
