Hello! I’m a LLM Candidate in Intellectual Property (IP) law and a passionate law instructor specializing in IP Law and Civil Law.

My lessons are designed to not only impart knowledge but also to inspire critical thinking and a practical understanding of the legal landscape. I am based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, but I prefer online lessons to reach students. This flexibility allows me to connect with diverse learners and adapt to their unique educational needs. My teaching approach is interactive and student-centered, focusing on engaging discussions and practical applications of legal principles. I believe in fostering an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring complex legal issues. During my undergraduate studies, I participated in prestigious competitions such as the Spirit of Law competition and the Copyright and Creation Gameshow. I was thrilled to secure second place in both, which honed my legal research skills and my ability to communicate complex IP concepts clearly and persuasively. My research projects, including “Identifying the Legal Status of Intelligent Robots” and “Copyright Protection for AI-Generated Works,” deepened my understanding of how the legal system interacts with emerging technologies. My graduation dissertation on “Patent Protection for Computer-Related Inventions” earned a perfect grade, reinforcing my commitment to IP law. After graduation, I gained practical experience at IPMax Law Firm, a leading IP firm in Vietnam, where I worked on various IP matters, including trademark law. This hands-on experience has provided me with valuable insights into real-world legal challenges.
