Many years in different kinds of kitchens and restaurants has given me a range of experiences that I would like to pass onto the passionate cook who wants to bring their skills to the next level. I'm an experienced and patient instructor who is comfortable coaching those who have an interest to learn and develop the knowledge they already have. All abilities and levels of experience are welcome, weither you just want to know how to make a game changing salad, improve your BBQ ability, or craft a flavour bursting sauce that could rival your favourite restaurant.
