Post 16 to adult learners I would describe myself as hardworking, self dependent and committed to any role I undertake.

I have a range of experience from different care and educational background. This would be from residential care, early years settings and tutoring in small groups as well as one to one for post 16 and adult learners. Skills would be self motivated, ability to meet learning needs, having knowledge and teaching different subjects as well as team work.
