Piano tutor for beginner to intermediate players

I have established a track record of nurturing aspiring musicians and imparting a deep love and understanding of music. With a wealth of experience in both professional performance and education, I bring a unique and invaluable perspective to the art of piano instruction. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse array of students, each with their own unique goals and aspirations. Over my time teaching I have successfully guided numerous individuals on their musical journey, nurturing their talents and helping them reach their fullest potential. In addition to my teaching experience, I possess a background as a professional musician. With performances spanning private events, churches, jazz clubs, weddings, and other prestigious venues all over the UK. With regards to my formal education, I embarked on a journey of musical growth by pursuing graded examinations with the London College of Music (LCM) exam board. I then achieved the highest level in jazz performance, showcasing both knowledge and skill of the intricacies of this genre. I was accepted as a student at the Guildhall School of Music and am currently carrying out my studies there. I can offer comprehensive lessons in the fundamentals of piano playing including, hand/finger positioning, sight reading, musical theory understanding and just having fun teaching students their favourite pop songs.
