A grade 8 Electric Guitarist with over 10 years of experience over a variety of genres from heavy metal to jazz, eager to help students develop an enthusiasm for the instrument

Hi guys! My name is Marcus, I am 18 years old and started learning to play the guitar just over 10 years ago, so it's safe to say that guitar has occupied the majority of my life. During this time, I have completed a Grade 8 in electric guitar, played in a jazz band for a year and I am currently producing a solo rock album.

My biggest aim is to get students playing the music that they listen to on a daily basis and turning dreams into a reality, but most importantly to just have fun with this beautiful craft. I offer 1-1 tutoring for either 30 minute lessons or 1 hour lessons, both online via Skype. The first lesson will be free of charge where I can get a better idea of how you play. I will not be tutoring any music theory as I try to focus on the playing side of the instrument. During lessons, it is ultimately up to you what we do but walking through songs, scales and technical exercises is the provisional plan.

I can offer passion and enthusiasm in my lessons because I love not just this amazing instrument but also helping others to achieve the best of their abilities. I will try to answer any questions to the best of my ability. Timings for lessons would have to be discussed via email, but I am available on weekdays and weekends.
