I have over 25 years of experience working within a forward facing customer service role in Business (self-employed) and Aviation which has enabled me to gain both the knowledge and skills in an industry I am passionate about.

My strengths are having the ability to adapt in any given situation whilst remaining mindful of everything that is going on around me. I have honed my hospitality skills and gained further knowledge throughout my career and strive to continue learning and growing everyday.

I have successfully owned my own business for 14 years now and have also worked for 4 Airlines where I have gained invaluable life skills and knowledge.

I am a great listener with the ability to hear what is and isn’t being said so I can coach others and help bring balance and perspective into their decision making.
