I had completed a successful task with my client that was going through a stressful situation at work. I had the client to discuss the event and I had created the solution by using the SMART method to move forward during the time we have before our next meeting. My client stress levels had significantly reduced and her ability to resolve the conflict at work had become easy and was pleased with the strategy and it was a success. Furthermore, every job I have had in the past has enabled me to communicate effectively and work as a team with colleagues, health professionals, parents, children, and managers. I am a highly organised and independent worker who can manage and prioritise my own workload. I can work unsupervised and have shown to deliver excellent contribution to the organisation. I have been working as a self-independent administrator for two organisations for long periods of time, my manager would describe me as being the backbone of the business. My greatest achievement is keeping up to date with responsibilities, so the business is running smoothly. I will approach students with a strong work ethic, to be non-judgmental, empathetic, and having a skillful communication with students. I will be fully equipped with useful resources and information before the session and will keep my students engaged with surveys and short quizzes to test the knowledge. I have a UKIHCA professional membership so I will keep up to date with health and wellbeing.
